Perfect replacement!
I rarely do reviews but feel I should on this. I took a gamble on ordering this mirror glass, as there were mixed reviews on whether it fits as expected. With these mirrors, you get 2 metal clips that need to be fitted to the rear of the mirror glass. Once fitted, this mirror popped straight into place on my 2020 Transit Custom. Tested the heating side to the mirror and again worked as expected. These are an absolute bargain compared to OEM replacement! Will order more spares for our fleet of vans.

As good as the original
Having tried a replacement mirror from a national car parts store which was awful; distorted and not a great fit, I was dubious about this one being any better. But it is as good as the original. Good clear mirror, no distortion and fits securely with a reassuring click. Heating element also good. Just needs pliers to remove the sprung guides from the broken one, and slide into place on this one.

Fits perfectly and does the same job as original and has better quality clip in to place the mirror, no distortion. Quality item as I have changed both sides to the same, highly recommend.

Does not clip in like original mirror but a workaround made it fit. Good price though.
The original mirror that I am replacing due to cracks clips in easily. This mirror wouldn't clip in. I removed four of the tags/clips on the back of the mirror leaving four evenly spaced around the plastic 'circle' and it clips in now.

Broken item not worth returning doe to hassle
Mirror arrived with 2 cracks in it. Seems I now need to return to a drop off point to receive possibly another damaged mirror. Not worth the hassle, would not order again.
