An email response from Ken's Food Company: "Ken’s Food Service dressings that are shelf stable are to be delivered and stored between 50 and 80 F degrees and refrigerate after opening. Our refrigerated products should be delivered and stored between 38- 45F degrees." The dressings are not delivered this way by Holandeli. They were delivered to my mailbox in 99 degree weather so they were already rancid when I got them making them unedible.
