I’ve been giving Natural Dog Company Skin & Coat Oil to my silver lab, Ziggy, for about a month now, and there’s been a clear, noticeable difference in his coat and overall skin health. What mattered to me is that I didn’t add anything else to his meals while using this. No other supplements, no changes in food—so I know the improvement I’m seeing is from this product and not something else muddying the waters. His coat looks healthier, feels softer, and he just seems more comfortable overall. It’s easy to add to his food, and Ziggy has had no issues eating it. I’m happy enough with the results that I’ve put it on a monthly subscription, which isn’t something I do lightly. I’ll absolutely keep buying this and would recommend it to anyone looking for a straightforward, effective skin and coat supplement.

I posted a review for the Antioxidant Berry Food Topper from this company as well and I think both of these products mixed together is what was the true cure for my dogs heat rash. While only 2 out of my 3 got a heat rash at all, my 1 baby nearly chewed her tail completely in half trying to stop the itch. I tried everything, even this brands soothing balm, which has worked in the past for her rashes, but this year was just horrible! I decided to purchase this along with the Alaskan Salmon Oil and Berry Food Topper as a complete overhaul of goodness to their systems. I will say the packaging is nice, but don't bother to use the pump that comes with it - I read other reviews and didn't even bother with it, instead I went and bought some of those condiment squeeze bottles with the twistable lock lids. Poured both items in those and they work perfect with no mess and no drip! Again - reading reviews - please start your pup on a lower dose than the bottle says, high fat oils like this can do a number on a stomach having it for the first time. I took their advice and gave my dogs, despite their size, a teaspoon of each oil and one scoop (despite it saying they need two scoops) of the berry topper. Less of each of these mixed together seem to work just fine as my dogs rashes have cleared up and they seem much happier without all the itching. The oil itself is like a thick consistency, I would say closer to like mustard in thickness and definitely a yellowish color, the odor is slight and the dogs seem to not mind it. The bottle is not completely full, and it did leak a small amount so I hate that some product was wasted. As with the berry topper - the price is a little high, but I feel like it's worth it, in fact when this runs out I will be replacing this and the berry stuff but NOT the Alaskan Salmon Oil. The Alaskan Salmon Oil (since they share a review page) is of an orange oil looking consistency, it honestly looks spicy - no other way to describe it. Obviously it isn't spicy, but it is so orange/red! It doesn't smell much when I pour it on their food, but after my dogs eat it they smell horrible like fish all night, their breath and their face. I will not be purchasing this item again, it was to help boost the other two. But it doesn't seem to help or hurt. So I just won't be buying it anymore. To make this easier for my dogs, as I said I haven't noticed them not liking it, they seem to devour their dinner - I found some bone broth (dog safe) or dog safe gravy/drizzle topper that makes them overlook the healthy taste of this stuff.

Absolutely amazing! My dog suffers from seasonal environmental allergies, I've tried many different allergy chews and they would provide some relief but not a lot. One week after starting him on the Skin & Coat Oil his itching and paw licking have completely stopped and his coat looks and feels much better as well. I was hoping to see some change in a few weeks but I'm blown away that it completely eliminated his issues in just one!

I’ve been giving out dogs omega oils since we adopted them six years ago. It makes a huge difference for their coats. I thought I’d try this Natural Dog Company brand. I bought this on January 10, 2026 and we use it at least once a day. But for the past month, it’s been a creamy peachy color? I don’t remember if it’s always been by that color. It doesn’t look at all like any other oils we’ve given to our animals. When pumped out of the bottle it’s separated almost like it’s curdled or been tampered with. When I took the cap off and poured it out it looks a little more like regular oil. The smell is overwhelming! The dogs won’t eat it now. So, I guess we’ll be disposing of the rest of it. I’ll post a picture when I get one.

Came on time and as describe

The item itself seemed to be okay, but the nozzle is broke and flimsy. Which leads to incorrect distribution of the oil for my puppy's food? This is not the first time i've purchased this product, but this is the first time i've had this issue.Hopefully next time there won't be another problem

I purchase this product back in may, I wanted to wait to be able to give an honest and accurate review. First of all I have a German Shepherd, they tend to have issues with there hips and even though he is young I wanted to make sure he started taking good quality product that will improve and help his quality of life. I can see a difference in his skin specially his nose, his nose use to be dry and cracked all the time, not anymore, his coat looks amazing and he will devour his food in seconds 😁😁, loves the flavor which is a big plus. I purchase this product together with their Wild Alaskan salmon oil, 3 pumps of one in the AM and 3 pumps of the other one in the PM. Perfect combination is most definitely a 10/10.
