All parts are good quality, with the exception of the water line tubes they are plastic and feels like should have been of steel. Install was easy - and good latch to hold it in place. Hopefully it lasts forever.

First, let me start with the installation. Due to the way they built the bracket for tightening the faucet to your sink, your standard plumbing tools that give you a long reach to get access to nuts for faucet hoses are not going to work due to the bracket being in the way of getting the tool around the nut. With that being said, they provide a tool for you, but it's made out of plastic and a bit short, so you're going to be in for quite the reach if you have a bigger frame or if you don't have much room under your sink. The lines leading out of the faucet however, are quite convenient for they are preinstalled into the unit. So once you have it in place, it's just attaching them to your standard plumbing system outlets and you're good to go. The faucet itself is built very nicely, and doesn't feel cheap at all. It has a very professional look and feels expensive and sturdy to the touch. The metal coil is a bit rigit so the faucet may not give you as much bending reach as you may need, but at the same time, you can tell it's going to last you quite some time with extended use. When not in use, the faucet is magnetically held in the arm so that it doesn't swing freely which gives it a nice functionality and is good for aesthetics. It has a nice black matte finish and the wife is absolutely in love with it. Not to mention it's great range of motion from side to side. The only downside being the reach which is a little hassle when trying to spray certain parts of the large sink from above, but those concerns are miner and easily overcome with the sprayer setting. This has a great flow rate and has made washing dishes drastically better vs our old faucet. Not to mention great spraying power. A bit too much as spraying dishes can get a bit splashy, but that's no fault of the faucet itself. Family members and friends who step into the kitchen immediately notice this faucet and compliment it constantly. Very happy with the purchase. If it's an option, if installing on a brand new sink that hasn't been placed inside the counter yet, I would go that route so that it's a lot easier to tighten the bolt and screws that secure it to the sink.

Always despised the look of faucets with thick wires wrapped around them but when our cute Delta faucet stopped being touchless I decided to get another Delta faucet that matched our cabinet and appliance handle style. I swallowed my pride, bought this faucet then braced myself for a hohum life at the kitchen sink. Lo and behold after a week of use I really, really like this faucet! The neck is much taller than my previous faucets. It is super flexible and moves easily around to get out of the way or reach areas that need a good spraying. And it actually looks better in my kitchen than the old one. Our previous house had slightly gritty well water and our Delta faucet had a tiny mesh grit trap inside where the water lines converged into the sprayer hose that needed cleaning often. We now live in a house with city water with no grit coming in and this faucet does not have a mesh grit trap so if you have well water consider checking out how a new faucet you are interested in will handle grit before you buy it.
