After tearing my meniscus, my physical therapist recommended I order a strap for stretching. The quality of the strap is top notch and I was able to effectively grip the strap while doing the stretches. The price point was amazing and was a great value for the money. It was highly functional and even came with a pamphlet with ideas and suggestions for use. This strap uses a nylon material that allows the stretch needed to perform any exercise. I feel so much better after using this strap. My meniscus is healing nicely and I will probably use this for other parts of my body as well, especially my tight hips.

Good quality - great for stretching!

Used a similar band in PT. I got the 1" which is a perfect size for me. It is a very soft but sturdy, good quality non-elastic band at a very good price. I've been using it now for a few weeks and still looks brand new. Very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent product.

This is exactly the same type of strap I use at my physical therapist’s office. Works great for my PT exercises I have to do at home for my plantar fasciitis. I love that there are handles all up and down the strap. I am able to do a variety of exercises because of this, no problem. Very strong material used.

This is so much better than the single strap for yoga. At 75 your hands find it hard to hold a straight strap. This strap with the loops works perfect. I can slip my foot into the middle length of the strap’s loop and my hands can slip through the loops at either end. I also like that this strap is wider. I would recommend!

This stretching strap is a great buy. I use it for my home physical therapy stretches, and also for my plantar fasciitis to stretch my foot/heel. It’s multiple loops make it super easy and it’s so affordable.

I was disappointed with the colour. It turned out to be darker than the illustration. I thought it was pink, but it turned out to be dark purple.
