Alclad II Lacquer Paint Duraluminum Dura Aluminum 1 oz - Regular #102 Review: Great paint! - Alclad II Duraluminum is great stuff...lacquer-based. You can airbrush it straight out of the bottle without thinning. I airbrush it at 20 psi from about 1-1.5 inches, and it goes down beautifully over a good primer...just build it up in thin layers. I actually like Mr. Surfacer 1500 Black as a primer for all of the Alclad colors if I’m looking for a worn metal finish, and I prime with Gunze GX-2 Gloss Black if I want a more natural finish.
