Review: Comfortable and efficient - Got this boot/shoe for my dad because he had a diabetic ulcer under his big toe and we wanted it to close. Him being a busy business owner he couldn’t really take days off too much so I got his this shoe to help him so at least he doesn’t bend his toe where the wound was healing. After 2 weeks with this shoe and meds my dad’s wound healed! And I’m so happy this shoe helped him get around while getting better! He said it was pretty comfortable and my dad is pretty particular about his shoes but he said it was great! 10/10 recommended!

**Q: Can you walk for prolonged periods in these, i.e, wear at work where im on my feet a lot??**
A: Your mileage may vary but i found the muscles and tendons on the top of my foot started hurting a lot after a while. This was probably from walking funny to avoid putting pressure on my broken pinky toe more thab from the boot, but i also had trouble finding a shoe for my other foot with a tall enough heel to match.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ BROKEN & DISLOCATED TOES

This is an excellent orthopedic shoe/brace. I bought it for my 4- badly broken toes & other injuries to the foot that did not require a hard cast. I wanted something a bit less restrictive than my full calf boot as my healing progressed. I began using the shoe at 10-days and found it to be lighter, cooler, just as functional as the larger boot, and definitely more comfortable for walking. Straps can be easily trimmed. CONS: Though the food bed is lightly padded, but it was NOT cushioned enough for my foot, so I added an insole which was perfect. The padded flaps that go over the top of the foot do not have a velcro closure, which is a bit awkward when trying to close & secure them, and then slip the velcro straps through their loops to secure the shoe. The ankle strap secures with a velcro strap, but can be a little loose if you have a narrow heal. The shoe did not slip so much that I developed a blister, nor did it come close to completely slipping off my heal & foot.
