My HP 4500 was purchased quite a few years ago. I don't print very often, and I was no longer able to get it to work despite running the head cleaner, soaking cartridge bottoms in water, etc. I was not out of ink but figured it had dried up from lack of use. Was debating on just buying a new printer because to replace with HP ink would not cost much less than a new printer. I saw good reviews and the much lower price for these ink cartridges so decided to give it a try. To my amazement I ran the print quality test page and it came out perfect! I have since learned that you need to use ink jet printers at least once every one to two weeks to keep cartridges from drying up. Hoping this will keep these ink cartridges continuing in good working condition.

These worked great in my desk jet 2540 printer at a fraction of the cost. Good quality print dark and clear. No need to spend more on name brands and they last depending on usage. Recommend buying.

The black ink works great on my HP ENVY 5530, but for some reason the colored ink won’t work. It kept giving me an error.

Reasonable and last quite long.

Truly sucked, my printer refused to accept these cartridges and I have to completely reorder new 61XL color and black after wasting $30 on these, truly a sham on this one.
