The Dell PC came nicely packaged in bubble wrap and upon inspection looked like new inside & out. Checked the actual specs compared to the advertised or listed specs. I received an OptiPlex 7070 SFF, an upgrade from the 7060 and smaller dimensions (which I prefer) than listed. The Wi-Fi/B.T. was not internal as was advertised, and there was no HDMI port - but two Display Ports (probably because this is a 7070 model). For me a must have is the HDMI since I am using an old monitor with HDMI, and I bought a new monitor which will use the Display Port (doing a dual display). I called Circuit-Tech and explained the differences, Adam was helpful and promptly sent an internal Wi-Fi/B.T. & an HDMI adaptor. All the other specs were exactly as listed, and it has an internal speaker which I did not expect - bonus. The wireless keyboard/mouse is brand new. It has now been a month using this refurbished Dell PC which has been working great. I had no problem installing the internal wireless card they sent me, but if you're adverse to tinkering with a computer, you'd likely be happy with the included USB wireless dongle. Overall, I received a great computer for the price, once I got the internal Wi-Fi & HDMI connector, it is exactly what I wanted.

I recieved my refurbed Dell Optiplex 7060 SFF Desktop Computer PC with Windows 11, a few days after I purchased it online through Amazon. I also purchased a 2 year warranty because of the computer being refurbed. I began setting it up and realized that I could not connect my VGA to VGA from my monitor ( which is my old monitor that I was using with my old computer) to my computer. I called the warranty number that came with the computer and a very nice tech helped me figure out what I needed to get to make a connection. He was going to mail me a Display Port (NO Charge) to VGA but it would take 2 days and I wanted it NOW! So I went to Best Buy and they didn't have it. I came home and ordered what I needed and it came in 2 days from Amazon. I finally got it all figured out and did the set up in a very short time. This computer Is Awesome. I love it!! The speed is lightning fast and I am so pleased with this company. I was a little skeptical because of it being a refurb but I will be ordering another computer through STG USA for my husband very soon. (BTW I am 73 years old and it was a very easy walk through once I got the what I needed to make it work.)

The keyboard and mouse that came with it don’t work with this PC. Bluetooth couldn’t find them. It doesn’t come with the adapter for a monitor. Very disappointed. Returning this refurbished unit. Edit: mouse and keyboard working. However, the ventilating fan runs almost constantly and is so loud you can hear it in the next room. Something wrong for sure.

The 1st thing I like to say is that I was very happy with this Dell PC. I purchase this unit back in April 2025. Now I read everything that's required to know about this PC until I was satisfied that the research I did was very clear to me, so I made the purchase. And also, during my research, I decided to purchase this refurbished unit. and I also concluded that ordering this PC could come with issues as well. So, I decided to order from Amazon 3-year PC Warranty Protection with Asurion and I'm very HAPPY that I did. Exactly 1 YEAR later this May my system broke down. It first began with my external speakers losing sound with right channel. After a few weeks, the system would start and reboot and input my code was fine, then when you decided to open any program or email, the system would freeze without control of keyboard or mouse. Big disappointment. I call Amazon and Asurion to discuss the next step, well Asurion Stepped up and contacted me, I received the equipment to send my PC to them to repair. So, I thanked God I had Asurion to protect my system. I sent my PC today via UPS. Thank fully there was no charge for Sending or Receiving my PC. For now, I'll just pray and wait. The Dell OptiPlex 7060 w/Intell 8th Gen i7-8700 6 Core is an amazing machine.

Use for home. Arrived on time and in like new condition. Was a little difficult to set up as inputs and output differ from old computer ones. But ordered correct cables which fixed the problem and it is working great.

Of course the performance is what I expected its fast enough to be able to do everything I need to do when it comes to college. This is not a gaming capability but if you ordered a small graphics card for this model then it can run small games. Everything that I ordered was here the memory capacity was the one I ordered and it is indeed a SSD. The company that I did get this from was from STG USA and it did came packaged safely and there are not cosmetic issues. I am really satisfied when it comes to this computer.

I purchased this PC for my client who is an Orthodontist and is only used 2 days out of the week. Ever since we purchased this PC, we have had "ghost" issues with it freezing and not wanting to turn on. Most days, it will turn on with no issues and works perfectly all day. There are some days when the PC is powered on, the light comes on, but nothing shows up on the monitor, as if its stuck in the POST startup phase. If you press the power button, it goes off immediately. It may take a couple of times of power on, power off before something appears on the screen. Removed the video card but have the same result. When it does power on, the date on the PC is off by several hours as if the CMOS battery is not holding a charge. We have replaced the CMOS battery a couple of times but still have the same issue. Possible CMOS battery is loosing on the motherboard? Its hard to troubleshoot this since this PC is only used 2 times a week and the power on issue may happen 1-2 a month. Its a great PC, however, this is the only complaint I have. I have purchased refurbished PCs in the past and all have worked great, however, this one is giving me problems and my doctor client wants me to replace it.

My refurbed machine arrived clean and complete. I had a Win 7 box until it became apparent I could hold off no longer. This one came loaded with Win 10, but updated automatically with no problem to Win 11. I'm using the on board graphics - no card - and can run Fallout 4 with little problem (not with all the GFX whistles and bells but it runs well). The machine was advertised with a R/W CD. It came with only Read. I notified the company and they sent me the correct piece within a couple of days. No problem. Microsoft will continue to support Windows 10 until Oct. 14, 2025. After that, people will need a system that will support the Windows 11 OS. The biggest tech hurdles are the processor and the UEFI/BIOS. Double check your potential box's nomenclature thoroughly before buying. So far, I'm glad I got this machine.
