Easy ball to inflate and useful for physical therapy exercises. I was instructed to do some physical therapy exercises for my knee and was told either use a small ball or a rolled towel. I tried the rolled towel first, but it didn’t work dry well. This is ideal for what I need and small enough just to store when not in use. I can also take it when I travel as it comes with a pump, which is great

Have had only for a week but this is very helpful (I bought as Cooch Ball dupe) -- and while I have not tried the wildly priced original version, this seems to be working fine. I hope it doesn't deflate but it works great. It is soft as I want (as much as you inflate!) works perfectly to sit on in terms of size and seems durable.

Arrived uninflated with a syringe pump and needle. Works as needed.

Ball is great--the pump is not. I'd purchased a larger version of this same ball several months ago and loved it. When this ball arrived the pump that came with it only worked for a couple of "puffs"....then it failed to push more air. I finally managed to inflate it by using the pump that came with the first ball.....and now that pump is also no longer working. Amazon's only options are to refund/return but not just replace the pump. So now I'm shopping for a good pump.....

So far I like this mini physical therapy ball

This is advertised as a 4" diameter hip flexor ball. If you inflate it enough to be as firm as a typical hip flexor ball (such as the plastic ones made by Aletha or the cork ones by Aquanimous), it is MUCH bigger than 4" in diameter. I should have paid attention to the main product photo. Look how big the ball is compared to the person's hand. There's no way that's a 4" ball...

This therapy ball works well to relieve muscle tightness.

After a lot of searching, I bought this as a more affordable version of the "cooch ball," since it's the same size & comes with a pump. It inflates well & doesn't burst when you sit on it. I recommend this product.
