But it also doesn’t make your taste buds throw a parade. Think more polite handshake than passionate culinary embrace. Still, if you’re trying to eat well and don’t want to cry into a dry tomato, this stuff helps. I poured it on a couscous salad and felt instantly like someone who owns gym leggings and uses them. I did try flicking a bit into my mullet for shine—result: unimpressive.
