First, if you don’t have one of these and you’re on the edge, stop thinking about it and get a couple. I learned about them the hard way… by not having them when I needed them. Funny how one little microburst tossing your 40’ sail cat into a pylon can make all the difference in the world. Honestly though, I thought these were for much larger vessels, not so. I purchased the 24”x60” and it’s become extremely handy.This is a durable heavy material that seems to take being scrubbed against concrete very well. The rings on either end are well secured into the fender and reinforced. So far, it hasn’t faltered as its being sandwiched between a boat with pressing winds and a fairly rough concrete surface where the tide has a good 3’ variance. I’m both relieved and impressed.I made sure to get one that would be much wider than the pylons and still able to step over to get on and off. Originally thinking I’d keep it on the widest part of the beam, but now I know I could have used two.The only bad thing about the fender is the useless line they provide. I honestly don’t know why they bothered. It really was a cheap addition. The other tools and patch was nice, but the line, not so much.One suggestion though, think about the pumps you have on board. You may have to plan your fender deployment a bit earlier than usual. Using the SUPs electric pump it took me a good 30 min to inflate.😉Highly recommended 👍🏽Helpful? 👇🏽

It's solid when inflated and greatI'm waiting for it to loose air but hasn't after the weekend.Looks like it will be a winner.The fender line that comes with it is horrible.

This item works as describes and I have installed in my slip behind my boat. Its perfect for docking and keeping my rear platform from hitting the dock during docking or big waves. Highly recommend, just purchase your own ropes to secure to dock or boat. The ropes provided are very low quality.

Ruptured right away. Poor quality!

I purchased 4 of the 24” X 72” fenders 10 months ago, and have had two fail at the D-Ring attachment.

The fenders are well made - however it is impossible to find fender covers for this product

This is very useful and is so small, we store it in our nav station
