These work great. They are easy to secure to the wall and then you just put the cable inside and snap the top piece on. They look great and could even be painted if you wanted, but it does take a few coats to get full coverage. Overall, they are exactly what I needed in this space.

I got these cord organizers to childproof a bunch of cords around the house.
