Beautiful faucet, great colour, looks classy!

Die Armatur wäre perfekt gewesen, aber bei der Küchenmontage bemerkten wir, dass die amerikanischen Anschlüsse kleiner sind als die Europäischen! Die Armatur wurde auf Amazon.de in deutscher Sprache angeboten ohne irgendeinen Hinweis auf die unterschiedlichen Anschlüsse!! In 3 Baumärkten konnte ich kein passendes Reduzierstück finden. Der Kundendienst von Kraus antwortete nur, dass er keine Adapter hat und ich in meinem lokalen Baumarkt nachfragen soll. Toller Service. So eine Enttäuschung. Wir können unsere Küche seit Tagen nicht nutzen und schicken die schöne Armatur nun zurück. :-(

super high quality, perfect size and not as huge and long as in stores , looks very luxurious , smooth to use and super great price and very competitive , very practical and functional to use. I ordered other pieced from the same brand to mach it for the rest of the kitchen and bathrooms

The faucet is everything that I had hoped it would be. The fit is perfect, the installation was super easy, and the customer service has been fantastic. The quality of this faucet is as advertised. It's well built and made to last plus it works as it should. The pull-down works like a charm and goes back to the starting point easily and connects perfectly. I love the fact that when using the spray function and you turn the faucet off it automatically goes back to the normal function, so you never get the surprised spray when you turn it on. Once it was installed, we did have an issue with it making a humming/singing noise, so I contacted the company, and they returned my email very promptly offering a couple different solutions. Unfortunately, none of the solutions worked but they didn't give up. They worked with me tirelessly until we were able to make things right. I have never worked with a company that was so relentless on helping to make things right. They certainly do stand behind their product. Once we found the solution to the humming problem the faucet has worked perfectly, and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this Kraus faucet for your kitchen. You won't be sorry, and you'll be in good hands with the customer service.

We bought this in October 2023, and it started leaking at the pull down nozzle in April 2026. It was a nice 2.5 years. But water started backing up in the faucet head if you didn’t pull the nozzle down, and leaked out down to our basement and left water stains. Oh well.
