Great shake and it does help with sugar control too. Taste is almost like a vanilla milk shake but be sure to refrigerate it and shake it well before opening for best taste.

I got good results with this product I believe they don’t lie and the name is holding water. I see there is no huge spike in my blood glucose after drinking half of this container. The key is moderation For diabetes management and treatment. For the other ingredients on label I would trust the manufacturer. This product has place in diabetes control by adding some flavor with least effect on blood sugar. This is personal experience and everyone respond is definitely different even to same input.
