Updated 8/4: Unexpected, exemplary customer service. Thank you so much for reaching out! I was able to try and different kind than my original order and LOVED it. Soft, totally fresh, great taste. I tried the soft and chewy classic black licorice. Delightful. Will buy again! I had high hopes for this product however when it arrived it was all melted together into one sticky lump. It was not left outside as I was home when it arrived. Perhaps during shipping but either way the product did not arrive as described. The textures were not pleasing and the fruity, almost birthday cake icing texture of some pieces I found most unenjoyable. I was hoping for some highly flavorful pieces and a vendor I could return to for future purchases. I will continue looking.

Not tasting as it should.
Does not taste like Licorice. At all Disappointed.. Gummie, mushy. I dont normally leave reviews. This needs one, for the Licorice lover. Not what you would exspect.

Not enough licorice flavor
Just ok. I love black licorice, and other brands of all sorts, but to me the sugar coating completely overwhelms the black licorice flavor in almost every variety in this pack. The plain black licorice pieces were the only ones I liked.
