Worth the price very nice to use and super non stick

Absolutely love these pans. Amazing to cook with and so easy to clean. I've not washed them in the dishwasher - choosing to do by hand because I don't want to take any risks but also because they are so quick and easy to clean...no need to take up loads of space in the dishwasher. Worth the money...at least so far as I haven't yet seen any deterioration.

Everything sticks to these pans and you have to hand wash and scrub them every time I don’t understand the hype they are terrible. I’m sure I’m not doing something wrong (they are just pans after all) but please Amazon or Hexclad feel free to tell me if I am.

SO great these pans. Hadn’t bought new ones for over 20 years and really crazy about these. Really expensive but I do appreciate their excellent quality especially knowing that no toxic elements in the production of the surfaces !!

I bought these pans as a present for my wife and she was over the moon with their quality and finish. The precision of the manufacture really impressed me and I would recommend this cookware to anyone wanting excellence and food cooked to perfection. The lids were a perfect fit and made cooking a pleasure .

I would refund these if i could, they're horrible. Not a non-stick pan and not a stainless steel pan either its an odd inbetween. For non-stick you could comfortably fry an egg without much skill or knowledge but for Hexclads you have to follow stainless steel pan instructions to make it semi non-stick. I shouldn't have to watch a youtube video to fry with a frypan. Once you've had an accident and pan is layered with grease you can't use a scouring pad to clean off which is an advantage of a stainless steel pan. EIther way, avoid and either go with stainless steel or go with a non-stick.

Using them honestly feels like a Jedi wielding a lightsaber. The pans have a solid, medium-heavy weight that inspires confidence, comparable to cast iron in strength, yet without the downsides. They deliver a flawless sear without devouring your food. Heat control is exceptional—steady at high temperatures and responsive at low. Most importantly, they cook evenly, which is a complete game changer when your family is accustomed to fine-dining quality meals at home. There are no more excuses about inferior cookware in this kitchen. Bottom line: these pans are not cheap—but they are absolutely worth the money. The quality lives up to the hype.
