Best price per serving/amount of protein in a cereal with low sugar you will find. I’ve done my research and couldn’t find any that come close to the amount of protein this has, low sugar, and amount of servings you get. I’ve seen this product get as low as $13 but I usually get it for $16/$17 price fluctuates but is always far better than I can find at a store. Anyways the taste is really good for having 20g protein and low sugar, I mix it with lactose free milk and sometimes add 1/2 cup of corn or rice Chex cereal to add a bit more carbs. It is a low FODMAP food surprisingly even if the first ingredient is wheat gluten (I researched and it’s not as bad as wheat flour or other parts of wheat for your gut) I do recommend it to be soaked for a couple minutes before eating to soften the cereal as it is very crunchy, but if you like it that way then go for it. The milk also helps add sweetness to the cereal and an added banana pairs great with it.

Big protein hit first thing in the morning. I use fairlife milk most days and that's around 300 cal for breakfast. I'll then have a mixture of gamer supps and transparent labs prebiotic greens with 24 oz of water during my walk to work and that's my morning routine. It's a solid start to the day and the cereal tastes like normal cereal. You would never know from the texture or taste that it's a "health food". If it's not sweet enough for you just hit it with a little swerve and you'll be good. It's also half the price of a lot of other high protein cereals.

Just a heads up, the cereal doesn't taste/look like what you may expect. It's less airy and looks a big cardboard-y, but the taste is decent with milk and the protein boost is definitely worth it if you struggle with protein intake in the AM

I love this cereal! Ever since my gastric bypass over ten years ago, I don't tolerate cereal and milk anymore. I actually tolerate this quite well and even use it to add protein and crunch to protein energy bites that I make. The cereal is the perfect amount of chocolate, crunch and don't get soggy quickly like other cereals do. The added vitamins and minerals help ensure that I am getting what my body needs, since my absorption is compromised. My youngest son is used to other more sugary chocolate cereals and says this one definitely tastes like a protein supplement, but my oldest son likes it. I am hoping my youngest will come around to it, as I would prefer him to eat this instead of what he is used to. Regardless, I love the crunch and little almond slices thrown throughout. I have purchased this cereal several times and will continue to do so.
