Review: Better than any other we've had, so far - I don't even recall all the different brands of electric openers we've tried, including all the top-rated ones on desertcart. This seems to be the best so far. It seems to have more torque than the others, which was most important to us. The lit charging base works well, and it's easy to align the unit in the base. One minor gripe is the foil cutter storage. It's kind of goofy how it stores in the base, but we're getting used to it. Would prefer if it just had a slot. It's too soon to assess longevity, but that will be the next thing to watch. All the predecessors did not last very long.
Review: The best automatic corkscrew of many...some VERY expensive - I bought this because my daughter told me she has had one for 4 years and it still works great, and they do enjoy wine and use it. It is so comfortable to use; I have shoulder problems so that is important. I've used it for about a month now which is longer than the $$$ one from Williams Sonoma which died an ugly death. And it doesn't twist forcibly and hurt my shoulder like some of the other ones I've had. So I am very impressed. The accompanying foil cutter is the best I've ever had, by the way!
