Hip Hop 50's Shop - Mens 1950s Letterman Cardigan Sweater

Worn for a Rydall High/Grease theme. Fit great!

For Halloween my wife and I dressed as Danny and Sandy from Grease. I was reformed track jock Danny and my wife was sultry Sandy. This sweater made my costume. It was perfect. Funny side note though someone thought I went to Rutgers so I had to explain my costume. Can you imagine someone that never saw Grease? Anyway it was just right The sweater even though it was a prop is actually a pretty nice sweater. I have no idea where I could ever wear it as it's a bit style dated but still a pretty nice item.

I wear a 4x in everything. And have bought many sweaters from Amazon, but this runs small. If you are a 4x , but a 5x. I will keep this because it can be stretched to fit better. But of course don't dry it-Or stick to dry cleaning it or it may not fit. Otherwise love it.

Bought size Medium, if your chest size is 38 it might feel a bit tight but it looks good. Although if your shoulders' size is normal it might fit perfectly, as I have broad shoulders. Fabirc is of decent weight although it could be heavier in my opinion, judging by the showcased picture it looked thicker; Fabric feel is good, right amount of puffiness and smoothness. Color is vibrant as pictured. Side pockets are right in size and feel and sewing craftsmanship, as buttons and holding slits are also; bottom and collar edges pattern is noticeable on look and feel as seen in pictures. Item description states it is made in the US, however the garment's tag reads "Made in China", makes me wonder if it is overpriced and it's the reason it did not scored 5 stars for me; while its look when worn and feel compensated this fact and made it score 4 and not 3 stars instead.

Great sweater material. Good enough to wear regularly. We bought it for a 50's party.

I bought this for a daily use sweater in the house for winter months -not as a costume. typically i buy 2x shirts, i got measured and used the size chart and ordered the 3x. it fits great! (im 6 foot, 220 lbs, 45 inch chest) the material is soft, will keep me warm but not hot. it has 2 pockets and over all i think it was an excellant value and im very happy with it

I wanted to get a sweater that for a Danny Zuko costume from Grease. All the costume options were all made poorly and out of cheap materials despite being 50 dollars. When I saw this sweater listed I was thrilled because it’s the same price as the other cheap costume sweaters but it’s actually a nice quality sweater for the price. Outside of having this for a costume it’s a comfortable and cute sweater to have!
