It came fully assembled, fully and securely wrapped! I couldn’t be any more happier! Tires are good, as well as the brakes. The basket is very sturdy (my furbaby enjoyed our bike ride ❤️). I’m overall satisfied and would recommend their shop 🥰

Received bike wrapped which was great but on white wheel arch once wrapping was removed there was some scratches also near the handle bar there was some metal that had been bent and anyone could cut their hand. Bike rides well and is sturdy.

They wrote it will come fixed it came not fixed and even the parts that connected we had to remove them to put other parts Other than that it's nice and easy to ride

I'm sorry, but no basket? And no tools? Manual is not really helping since there is no clear picture on how to put this on. If you're use to assembling bicycles, then it's probably fine. But I don't, so I need a good instruction manual. If you don't want to go through the hassle, better buy an already assembled bike at the store.
