At first, i was excited and impressed with the heat-up time and how it melted the glue evenly. But a quarter of the way of doing a complete full heading instead of K tip extensions, it just stopped getting hot. The light was on as if it was supposed to be on but the plates stopped. Buy a different one the seller is also not responsive to my request for an exchange because maybe it was a bad one but their lack of response speaks more than the broken fusion tool Positive their keratin yellow beads are the BEST i have ever and i mean ever come across which is odd but they are thick easy to distribute and do not melt down the bond whereas the extension looks stringy very impressed with those.
