Shampoo not all the way full- you get 12 oz but pay for 16oz
Someone emptied some of my shampoo out. The black line is where the shampoo was filled to. I used my conditioner to compare. Perhaps seller trying to take small amount of product from each bottle to sell more. Pretty shady. It’s more like 12oz of shampoo. Rip off.
