WELL, I AM 80 YEARS OLD AND DUSTING MY BASEBOARDS HAD ME ON MY HANDS AND KNEES CRAWLING AROUND THE ROOM - NOT TO MENTION GETTING THE BASEBOARDS CLEAN THAT HAVE HEAVY FURNITURE IN FRONT OF THEM - REQUIRED ME TO CRAWL TO THE NEARST CHAIR TO STAND UP AGAIN! THIS LIGHT WEIGHT EASY TO USE TOOL SOLVED THAT PROBLEM. NO MOVING FURNITURE - JUST SLIP THE BASEBOARD BUDDY ALONG THE WALL AND DUSTING IS DONE. I THOUGHT I HAD BEEN DOING A GOOD JOB UNTIL I USED THE BASEBOARD BUDDY AND SAW ALL THE DUST THAT "MY BUDDY" COLLECTED THAT I HAD NOT! MY BACK THANKS YOU - MY KNEES THANK YOU AND MY SON WHO HAS TO MOVE THE FURNITURE THANKS YOU!

Actually works very well. Not only cleans the baseboards but will catch the dust buddies and pet hair along the floor by the baseboards. I'd like if the cleaning pads were a bit softer so they molded to the baseboards a bit better. I loved not having to get down on my hands and knees to clean. Extender pole is sturdy and the adjustments for the cleaning pad direction works as indicated.

I like the Baseboard Buddy a lot-- it's the best way to clean baseboards, without crawling around, that I've seen. It follows contours nicely and is pretty easy to control. Being able to buy replacement cleaning pads at a moderate price just adds to the overall value. They're good wet or dry and their rinse/reuse capability (don't know if that's recommended, but it works for me) helps bolster the economic value-- I can use them liberally and keep up with baseboard dust very well without adding another $20 a month to the household cleaning budget. I am surprised and pleased by what this will clean. Ceiling, bathtub/shower and does a great job in that, of course the baseboards and also the floor in corners that are difficult for me to get to, as well as areas too high or too low. A wonderful cleaning tool.

It is a little hard to use as it does not want to stay against the top edge of the baseboard where most of the dust accumulates. But since I have a bad back, it is easier than bending over to clean or sitting on the floor and scooting around the room. The cleaning pads do seem to grab the dirt and it helps if the pad is wet. The pad falls apart though when you try to rinse it to get the dirt out. Good idea but need a little tweaking.

The baseboard buddy is a great tool for cleaning, especially for those of us who have white trim throughout our homes. Dust settles on the trim quicker than I realize. But with Baseboard Buddy, it's gone in a snap! I have back issues, but the handle is adjustable making it long enough that I don't have to bend over. I recommend this product.

It does the job of cleaning the skirting boards. I have a large area to clean and it certainly does help. If you have difficulty going down on your knees then this gadget really helps.

I have tried to return these as well the Baseboard Buddy. completed the return online twice still no response from seller:-(
