I'm just starting in my cigar journey and have collected about 100 cigars in all kinds of price ranges. It's been perfect so far, it hold 70 degrees very well and with the help of the large Boveda pack, it's held 69-70% humidity really well. I purchased two 12x7" cedar trays here on Amazon, they fit great. It does hang off a bit, but there is enough space between them and the door, it doesn't hit. My only gripe is that when the power goes out or is unplugged, it resets the temp to 65 degrees. Although that won't ruin the cigars it's an inconvenience to have to remember to bring the temp back up. Version two needs to have this corrected and it would be perfect.

Should have just got a Herf Coolidor for the money. Temp works and stays on point and that’s about the only good thing. Humidity is all over the place. When it doesn’t run it holds great if it starts cooling it drops the humidity fast. Contestants in the back bad as well and runs down bottom. My advice would be spend more and get a good unit or just get a Herf

Started getting into cigars and got tired of having them separated between many acrylic humidors. Ended up purchasing this after a lot of YouTube research. Overall I am happy with my purchase. Not easy to get the plastic smell from manufacturer out. I still have not.. however I’ve loaded it with cigars and my Boveda packs. Humidity holding perfect where I want it. Temperature however is hard to keep up exactly where i want it. Largely dependent on house and exterior temperature. If you’re keeping in a bedroom or warmer part of house this unit would be fine. If you’re in a north eastern climate or want to store cigars in your basement I’d recommend the heating and cooling unit for a bit more money. However, even with temps fluctuating +/- 4 degrees (always lower that I set never higher) my cigars have held perfectly at 69% humidity and smoked beautifully. Ps. I use a Govee Wi-Fi hygrometer to monitor my humidor. If anyone wants to know the stand was purchased off Amazon as well fits humidor perfectly even has plugs built into stand. UPDATE: now that it’s getting colder my humidor has trouble staying over 60-62 degrees. Too cold. Starting to get dew on cigars. Need heater version.

Humidor came in a timely manner. Once arrived, we checked the shipping box and everything seemed perfect. It was double boxed and packaged really I want anyone to note when buying this that the humidor can only cool, and it won't heat. If you live in a constantly cold or cool environment then keep that in mind. If you're pushing for a 70 degrees Fahrenheit with 70% humidity, it's going to take quite some time to adjust depending on how cool or cold your house is. There is a strong plastic smell inside but just follow the directions and that smell will go away completely. Make sure you season correctly and adjust as needed!

I really enjoy this product. It holds it's humidity well and takes care of my cigars perfectly.

DO NOT BUY. Save money to buy from a better company. Very inconsistent and terrible customer service Issue: Needone customer service: I sent a email requesting help and I received no emails back. I sent a total of 2 emails and nothing. I also called but also got nowhere. Temperature: The temperature wasn’t consistent though out the humidor. I had it set at 68F and it would read 68F on my Hydrometer on the bottom shelf, but the top shelf would be at 71F. Which is weird considering the size of the unit. (This was the same rather if the humidor was full or not). Humidity: Humidor empty: inconsistenty with trying to get the humidity I want on the bottom it reads 72 and the top read 68. I had a large cup filled with water and it was situated at the top. Humidor full: was reading two different humidity levels as well. Bottom was around 65 and the top was at 56 humidity levels. Bóveda bags: I had 5x 75 RH bags inside and it would only get as high as 65% Overall: I would not buy this. I’ve had it for over 1 months and I can’t zero in the RH and temp to where I need it. I have seasoned it twice and I haven’t got the results I need for my cigars

Its a fantastic product. With removable Spanish Cedar Wood Shelves. Just be carful about your country voltage before buying it.
