Quality product/ Excellent customer service
Buy this one you won't regret it! This is an awesome quality trampoline and customer service is top notch.. We held out for a couple years when our kids started asking to see if it was just a phase. It's just that you see everyone trying to give away and old rusty trampoline all the time and everyone told us "once you have one they'll never use it, they weather quickly, bad investment since it doesnt last"- Wrong. Purchased as a christmas gift 2022, setup june 2023 a now its year later so offering a thorough review here. The quality is awesome, the powdered finish on the metal rods really helped with any signs of weathering, rust etc. after a full year of unforgiving PA weather it still looks brand new..no sun fading either and we purchased solid black. The reason for my customer service review- we had ours setup for about 2 months last sunmer and a massive storm came through. A huge section of our neighbors tree fell directly on the trampoline. The size of the tree could have easily crushed anything in its path. It landed directly on the net in between 2 of the poles and the net actually held the tree up off the ground !! The netting itself sustained no damage as in tears etc, but due to the weight of the tree the upper curved poles did bend inward and one of the fiberglass rods broke that slides in the top of the net ( it had direct contact on impact so im not suprised). Talk about a strong quality made product!!! My 1st thought was ( well, other than being furious because it was brand new and this wasnt the 1st time we had issues with this tree that isnt ours) but if it can hold a huge tree off the ground we'll ok thats actually great I'm now 100% sure it will hold my kids inside when thry are flipping around!!! We waited all summer but our neighbor failed to follow through on promise of replacement - it wasn't that huge of a deal once the tree was cleared we bent the poles backward & made it work for the remaining usable months last year- the shape of net didn't look pretty and tight because but other than that it still appeared and functioned like new. Fast forward to this spring- we started looking into purchasing a whole new trampoline ( still jumpzylla of course) - to my suprise you can buy replacement pieces Jumpzylla has a catalog on their website you can choose piece by piece and they are reasonably priced too. However, I was not able to locate 1 item- the fiberglass rod that slides in the top of the net between the poles. So I reached out to their customer service team before buying an alternate name brand replacement ( mind you this is a year later) 1. For claims that say customer service doesn't respond - they do!! and very quickly via email. 2. I explained the situation : needed to buy a replacement fiberglass rod not available in the catalog etc etc and the reason why. They asked some questions about how the damage happened & what pieces were ruined. I was very upfront with the fact we purchased in December 2022 and its now June 2024, I sent a few photos of the damaged parts, the tree that fell on it and within 2 days ( 3 emails later) they shipped me all the pieces and covered it under warranty!!! If that's not superb customer service- and not even just because it was free but because they communicated in a timely fashion and were more than willing to help ( It was only supposed to be a 1 year warranty) ok- a couple pointers 1. In the late fall ( october-ish) we did remove the upper pieces of the trampoline ( padding over springs, mat, springs, padded poles) to store for the winter we figured this would help with longevity it doesnt take long to put the upper portion back on. 2. The net section can be a little tricky to lace on initial setup the directions really dont explain how much tension but avoid making it super tight or you will run out of string halfway around the trampoline and have to unlace it and start all over ( its a pain in the butt) , be sure that you see a small gap between the loops and the net.the net shoukd not be flush with the trampoline mat. I'd safely say leave a 1 inch gap. 3. I do agree with the review I read about the fiberglass rods being a pain to get in because they have no " give" they are really hard and you will need 2 people for this more than any other step in my opinion- you have to try to bend a solid rod to a slight curve to slide it in the holes between 2 t connectors on each section at the top of the net- However, after seeing a tree fall on the trampoline I can appreciate the fact that these are has hard as they are and the fact the net is so durable too.

great trampoline
This trampoline is great! My kids love it we got the 16ft one and the product was great very bouncy and the assembly was pretty easy. They give you a nice tool to use to pull the springs on so that was nice you dont pinch your fingers. The size was very nice the only thing is we have it in our yard and the legs aren't super sturdy they move quite a bit. We had to put anchors into the ground to keep it from blowing away but that is because we live in the country and its so windy out here. But overall fun for the kids

Excellent quality and easy assembly
Good quality! Sturdy assembly was straightforward and didn't take long. Excellent product for the price during a sale so happy we purchased. It's quiet and plenty of room with the 14 ft size for both my kids and me to jump. Great quality netting and zipper closure is large and heavy duty. If you can get it on a sale I highly recommend.

Great quality and Super easy installation
Easy installation. Great quality and color. My kids couldn’t wait to get on this trampoline. They said it more had more bounce then there last one. It seems to be somewhat quiet at least until the springs break in. I believe this trampoline is able to hold quite a few kids and would hold up to heavier weight. Definitely worth the money.

Hours of Fun!
I bought the 14 foot trampoline and it is the perfect size! It took my husband and myself to put it together. I don’t know how you could do it without help. But all of the parts were here and all of the tools needed were included. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I do feel the quality is good. My one complaint is that the zipper on the net is already broken off. We’ve had the trampoline for just over a month. So that is disappointing. But the clips still work! So I do still feel like it’s safe for my children. It is sturdy and very strong. I’ve had no issues there. Ultimately, I would still really recommend this trampoline! The kids have so much fun on it! My three boys 2, 4, and 6, all absolutely love it and can safely play in it together at the same time.

Easy to assemble.
I thought it was going to be difficult. It actually wasn’t.!! hubby and I did it in under 2 hours! Very nice and durable my son was so happy and excited. Read the instructions. It is exactly how to do everything step-by-step. If you’re having a hard time, pulling on those little wire thingies when putting the mat go back and read the instructions. There’s a reason why they tell you to skip every other one because of the tension. Anchors/rings to hold it down come with it, but we purchased bigger ones. For the extra hold

Cheap, Flimsy Trampoline and Terrible Customer Service
I purchased this 14 foot Jumpzylla trampoline from Amazon as a major Christmas gift for my 9 year old son. We set it up carefully in January, following all instructions and securely staking it to the ground. For a couple of months, it seemed okay. My son and kids from the neighborhood jumped on it almost daily. Then one calm Sunday morning with only minimal wind (no storms whatsoever), we woke up to find the trampoline severely damaged. The safety net was shredded, multiple curved poles were bent and broken, frame pieces were damaged, leg extensions were affected, and the cheap metal ground stakes had completely failed and were scattered across the yard. What’s especially telling: Our neighbors with different trampoline brands had zero issues that same morning. Their stakes stayed securely in the ground. Ours didn’t. I immediately contacted Jumpzylla support with photos and a detailed list of all damaged parts. Their customer service was wildly inconsistent. One agent (Valeria) seemed willing to help and confirmed multiple parts that needed replacing. Then another agent (Maria) took over and drastically walked back the support, claiming their warranty only allows replacing up to 5 poles and nothing else. They refused to cover the additional damaged frame pieces, leg extensions, safety net, or hardware, even though the damage was clearly caused by their defective ground stakes failing in minimal wind. After weeks of back and forth emails, they finally agreed to send just 5 curved poles and basically told me “sorry, that’s all you get.” The trampoline is now completely unusable and unsafe for my son, but according to Jumpzylla, that’s my problem. To make matters worse, after I tried calling to escalate to their customer service management team, they blocked my phone number. This trampoline is made with low quality, unreliable materials that can’t handle even light wind. The stakes are worthless. Their “warranty” is a joke, and their customer service is inconsistent, unhelpful, and now actively avoiding me. Don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting Jumpzylla. Avoid this company completely. There are far better, more reliable trampoline brands that actually stand behind their products.

Easy Assembly and Good Quality
I enjoyed putting it together. First time I've stated that for assembling something. It was simple and easy to follow the instructions. Took me a few hours by myself. The quality of everything works. My kids love ilhow fun it isand it immediately attracted the neighbor kids over. No missing parts and it can easily be moved around the yard. My kids will likely play on it everyday.
