I take this vitamin every day - It really has helped my thinning hair.

I generally don’t like pills but I found these easy to take with no weird aftertaste. I feel like I did see a slight difference in hair growth and my nails seem to be growing in smoother. Definitely worth a try to see for yourself! I’m happy with the quality and effectiveness.

I have never really taken many vitamins, but I decided to incorporate more of them into my daily routines now that I’m getting older. I found this brand out through Nicole Kidman (a brand ambassador) while reading a magazine. She’s like my idol so I decided to give it a try. So far it’s only been less than two weeks and I’m noticing changes already! My hair has become SO shinny these past few days and even those around me noticed. I haven’t really noticed too much of a difference in my skin yet BUT I have noticed that the overall tone of my face is starting to look really even and a lot more “elastic” looking. I haven’t noticed a change in my nails either but I expect to see changes soon since it’s been less than two weeks. If you’re looking into taking some vitamins or just want a little boost in your hair and self care routine I highly recommend this product!

These supplements are easy to take because they have no flavor. They are coated in a flavorless coating that is smooth and makes it easy to swallow. There were no negative side effects, and the ingredients seem high quality.

No effect until now. I’ll keep on trying and let’s see.
