Excellent
Was a bit dubious after reading some reviews where it says the bolts keep coming loose, but I've been using this daily for a couple of months now and have had no problems at all. It's sturdy and the grip on the bar is excellent. Would have been nice to have had some weights with it but for the price it's definitely worth the money!!

Decent barbell
Works perfectly well. good grips. I eventually passed it to a friend and bought a 5ft version, as I needed more space for weights for deadlifts. That's the only downside - the bar has specific area the weights can fit on, and that maxes out at high weights. But a 4ft bar isn't for super heavy weight anyway, that's what 5ft, 6ft and Oly bars are for.

I haven't used it much yet but it's a nice size bar which fits my previous weights on well.
