Great for dropfoot
Most of the braces available are for plantar fasciitis. I tried two of them for drop foot and they only made the neuropathy pain, causing my drop foot, worse. This brace, however, does help by lifting the drop foot just enough to keep my toes from catching and causing me to land face down on the floor. For me, the brace is slightly uncomfortable because of the velcro. I have hypersensitivity in my foot and have to wear a sock layer between my skin and the velcro but this also increases the compression. Regardless, this is the best, inexpensive product I have found for drop foot. I have to use canes and wear it a few hours a day to support the foot or to pull the foot up a little from the drop. I will buy another so that I have more than one available. A good product. Well stitched and easy to use.

Functional comfort
Was looking for AFO with minimal visibility with short pants. This seemed unobtrusive in beige. Application took practice. Seems to help with more natural flexibility of ankle. Is a bit warm in summer heat. Because it needs to be snug, seems to add to lower leg swelling. Do like the way it feels, seems a more natural gait than with hard plastic AFO. So many to choose from, some absolutely silly application. Will keep using.

Keeps me from falling and stumbling
I have foot drop. The brace works great. I am lucky to have found a man wearing one in a restaurant. Will be ordering another shortly. I had a custom fit professionally made brace. Hated it. This is so much more comfortable. Worth trying.

Works ok in my case.
If you have a true footdrop, don't think this would be quite rigid enough to help lift the foot completely. It does help control ankle and give some support for my peripheral nerve injury though, without too much additional irritation. Thin enough material I didn't have to get different shoes, but still feels like a durable material. Haven't had or used for long so will see how it holds up. Only complaint is my legs are short and skinny, so I feel like it goes up my leg higher and I have to wrap around my leg more than necessary, so maybe actual sizes would be a bit more beneficial.

Velcro doesn’t stick well after only 5 weeks
To prevent drop foot. I’d like to return and get another right foot ankle brace.

Brace doesn't help your drop foot
It doesn't work! It doesn't help you're drop foot & it even slips back & forth on your feet & you can't wear a sandal with it. It was not exactly cheap either. Velcro digs into skin.

The beige “one size” is the exact same size as the black “medium”
Have been dealing with a mild foot drop of unknown origin since 2018. This brace has made it so I am able to walk/hike 4 miles at my regular pre-footdrop pace. It is incredible and has given me hope to be able to resume more activities that I have had to give up. FYI, I bought the “left/medium” brace in the black from the neofect store as well. The sealed outer package was labeled “left/medium”, but the tag attached to the black brace said “one size”. This beige brace only comes in “one size” when ordering. It is the exact same size as the black one on amazon listed as “left/medium” with the “one size” tag. I hope that helps if anyone is hesitant to get this beige one because you are worried it will be too big. For reference, I wear a size 7-7.5 women’s shoe.

I have tried more than 7 splints, 3 provided by the orthotics department at the hospital. This is the first one that works for me, it is comfortable and I can wear it inside flat shoes and trainers. It doesn't feel tight but is firm functionally. It is such a relief to walk without worrying about falling over. I have drop foot, paralysed toes and no muscle control down the outside of my leg. I don't care about the price because it is great.
