The steakhouse variety has a nice blend of salt and other spices. Doesnt seem to be too overpowering. The jerky tastes extremely fresh and no fatty parts. Cons: I get a bag every once in awhile that has mostly tiny and ground up bits as opposed to actual pieces of jerky. The price point is a little much, but I think that's the way it goes with quality jerky.
