We got these to hang Christmas lights and garlands on our home exterior. They were easy enough to apply, my husband and son made sure to wipe down each spot before applying the adhesive for what we hoped would be best results. On the textured siding, a few of these hooks fell off after a few weeks in the weather. On the smoother boards on the porch trim, they stayed on perfectly, so I think they will work best on solid, smooth surfaces. That might have just been our mistake. Overall, they worked pretty well and are basically invisible on the areas we used them, which was the goal! Just be aware they are not as effective on a rougher or textured surface.

This is not something you want to buy for holding anything. It didnt stick more than 3 days on main door. We were only hanging a light dry leaves decore on front door. I will not recommend this, waste of money.

Ordered to replace expensive commands sticker. But these do not stic k the first time and can not be re used. Cant retutn I akready used 10 of them. Articles I am hangiong are less then 1 pound.
