Product is smaller than it appears, the USB cord that is provided is so short and doesn't come with a connection box, must provide your own. The heat only comes from the top of the box and takes forever to warm up while. The top comes off all the time when pulling wipes out. So not worth it. Highly disappointed with this purchase.

The booklet tells you to heat up the wipes 30 minutes before use. So this made it unavailable when I needed it. When I removed the top cover of the wipes to place in warmer, it was difficult to get the wipe out without tearing it. I had to press down on the rubberband that holds the wipe package in place to get a wipe out. I opened the package wider and it was still difficult to get wipes out without pressing down and then pulling a wipe out. When I left the warmer heating overnight, the cloths were warm but were drying out. Once I took the cloth out of the warmer, it didn't stay warm long. It got cool quickly. This product wouldn't be beneficial for my use.
