Sand Socks for Beach Soccer, Sand Volleyball and Snorkeling

I played beach volleyball nearly everyday for 5 months this year. I love these. I bought two pairs to switch out because when you work out and sweat in them, yes, they will start to stink. So needed another pair to use while I washed the other. This does a great job from keeping your feet from getting burned and blistered from hot sand. Plus, I've been playing at night recently and I wear them to keep to my toes from freezing so they work in the summer and in the winter. Putting them on is easy and I like the tall sock fit to avoided getting additional sand in them from playing. If you just need them to walk around, I think the short ones are totally fine. If you abuse them like I do, you'll get a few months out of them before the bottoms, right under the balls of feet, start to crack. They still work but you'll get a little more sand in your sock and will eventually need to replace them. Overall, they serve there purpose. They are slip resistant, comfy, and prevent sand burns. These aren't shoes to just remember that they will wear out more if you use them on normal pavement. 100% recommend for everyone, especially beach volleyballers.

These are fantastic. Help to prevent feet from burning on the sand and from getting sun burnt. Used them for sand soccer and it helped prevent feet from getting beat up. They feel snug so it doesn’t feel like they are falling off. They look cool and are comfortable to walk in.

Arrived June first. fit great, keep the sand out of my feet. Stop my feet from getting cut. However after a month and 6 days. Today on July 7th, a hole on the big toe on my right foot appeared. To be fair. I am playing on rough sand. They wear out fast so your feet do not get the cuts instead.

I bought these for sand volleyball season in Ohio, particularly for a 9:30pm game in April when the temperature was 36 degrees. I was worried about my feet freezing and new regular socks would not do the trick (I can’t stand the sand getting into my socks). These MORE than delivered. They kept the sand out completely, and they kept my feet warm. My whole team was very jealous and I told everyone to get them. They didn’t slow me down or impede my ability to play at all. If anything, I think they gave me a little more traction. Oh, and they’re extremely easy to clean— I just rinsed them off and air dryer them. For the cold day, I wore a thin ankle sock underneath for an added layer, but I definitely didn’t need to. Also, I got the black pair, and I wore them with black leggings so they didn’t look silly either. I can’t wait to try them on extremely hot summer days or wet sand says! I’m thinking they might look a little silly with shorts, but worth it for the function. Also, I’m a women’s shoe size 10 (US) and I ordered a Medium in these!

I've had these before and they are decent as they get the job done. You'll always get sand come through My previous pair got a hole in them. I'd say they last for a beach volleyball season ( playing twice a week). I couldn't remember what size I had previously gotten, so based on reviews and sizing, I got a medium and it was huge. I am a 8.5w/7m and the medium was way too big.

As an avid beach volleyball player, my feet are always scratchy from playing on sand. With these Sand Socks I can confirm that my feet feel slightly smoother and that they of course do not get sandy. There is nothing worse than putting on socks after getting your feet sandy, so these are a life-saver. The fit of the socks is slightly loose, but does not impede my mobility on the court. The durability of these is fair, but then again I do play volleyball in these quite frequently. One pair of these tends to last me a season of outdoor play, so I need a new pair basically every year. I am more than willing to pay the price for these rather than to pay the price of constantly exposing my feet to the sand. On top of protecting my feet, the designs that are available are pretty sheek. I would definitely recommend these to wear and play volleyball in.

Everyone at beach volleyball in the cold weather was jealous. Keeps sand out and feet warm. When sand is wet helps as well. Great traction. Style and fit are wonderful. I believe I followed advice and sized down one size. Been wearing these all summer and fall.
