It appears there are different opinions on the figment. It looks like this filter will fit the newer 6.6 Dmax as well as the 3.0 Dmax

This filter does fit both. I've got a 2019 6.6l duramax and a 2022 3.0l duramax and I can use the same filter for both

Is this authentic oem from acdelco? this is shipping from china so i’m almost positive it’s a fake knock off

Yes it is authentic ACDelco filter. Both the GM and ACDelco filter will be off by one number from box. Both the GM OEM and ACDELCO are manufactured in CZECH REPUBLIC by MANN FILTER. OEM GM box list number as 13539108 with filter having 13539107 imprinted on top. ACDELCO box lists number as 23304096 with filter having 23304095 molded into top. Both have MANN FILTER on top and Made In CZECH REPUBLIC. Both will have a GM Logo as well. The size and gaskets are identical between the two. But there is a slight difference in the pleated filter section of filter. Holes seem larger and pleats are thicker on ACDelco.ACDelco has 64 pleats vs the OEM GM which has 90 pleats. In case anyone is interested the Import iFJF unmarked filter version has 74 pleats and filter looks extremely close to the ACDelco and GM filter with the slightest of a fraction of a fraction larger in base diameter. Import doesn't have the filter seam the ACDelco and GM has in pleated section.
