Neoseiulus californicus 10 sachets with 250 Mites

I was a bit skeptical at first, but this is the first time my alocasias have been spider mite free for more than a month! I applied these at the end of October and everything is mite free as of now (1/27/26). Very happy with these!

I loved Natures Good Guys and used them bimonthly exclusively for the last year. I’ve ordered A LOT of bugs from them via Amazon and directly from their website. I’ve had some good shipments that arrived healthy and thriving and lots of bugs were visible. Unfortunately the last few months almost every shipment has had to be replaced due to DOA bugs. On more than one occasion, my replacement bugs have also been DOA. I stalk tracking and bring the bugs in to deploy within 30 mins of delivery. I tried ordering from Amazon instead of the website because I heard sometimes it’s better but that has not been the case. I’m sad about being forced to switch to another company because NGG has excellent customer service, pricing and lead time. I just can’t keep dealing with dead bugs and leaving my plants unprotected. My last order arrived dead and my replacement order was also dead and I’ve been without bugs for over a month now and seeing signs of spider mites when I need the bugs the most. I hope you pay attention to your customer feedback because a lot of people are saying the same thing and turning to koeppert and arbico

First order arrived with mites full of life. Second order, not so much. Don't see any movement like the first order but perhaps they'll wake up in a day or two. They do hold the shipping until it's able to arrive within 2 days, which is a good thing. Got these when spider mites showed up during late flowering on cannabis. These guys knocked their numbers way down and kept them in check for the last few weeks before harvest. Hung some on roses outside and they also seemed to stop having pest marks on them. Overall happy with the product, IF they arrive alive.

Cleared up my spider might problem in a couple of weeks

Ordered these on a whim to help treat a spider mite infestation. They were super easy to set up and very cost effective. I tried many remedies to clear the infestation and this is the only thing that has worked. I will continue to purchase from this seller in the future.

Spider mites have been the bane of my existence for years! Someone told me about mite eating mites 1-2 years ago. At first I bought another type, then found out the californicus type are for spider mites. IT WORKS!!!! For the first time every I have a tea cup rose bush (my favorite) that has lived more than a few months! They always end up dying while I'm spraying everything under the sun on them trying to battle spider mites that are on them every darned time! At first I was just putting the sachets on all my plants, but this year I've needed to put them on plants outside too, so I've started cutting the sachets open and pouring the contents onto the plant/into the dirt at the base of the plants. No more spider mites!!! I love these little mites!!!

Came quickly but when I placed the sachets and left them for a bit I didnt spot any mites. Checking in the next day I only spotted one mite moving on all the ten sachets I placed. I'm not sure if they'll come out more.
