It did help with sleep. I’m really sad it upset my stomach with cramps, etc. because it’s the only thing that’s helped me sleep so far :(. I don’t have a sensitive stomach, but I guess these are too much for me.

Totally Love Pure Encapsulations products and the Magnesium Glycinate is great! I tried other magnesium products and was having severe stomach issues. I have not had any problems with the glycerinate since first taking. I usually take a capsule after brushing my teeth and turning in for the night. It helps to just keep the bottle next to the sink area for reminder.
