When you can use this to eliminate the smoke ingrained smells of a 40 yr, 3 pack a day smoking chain smoker in one cleaning... what else do you need? 95% of my cleaning commercial jobs only need a mix of this product and not 100% then keep it in stock.

I would not think of being without this product because it works so well. I keep some in spray bottles and give a couple of squirts to overcome whatever odor is unwelcome. It has never failed. It works quickly and does not leave a lasting fragrance as a deodorizer would, which is important to those of us with fragrance sensitivities/allergies. It is clean and does not leave a film on floors or anything else. I highly recommend Nilium.

I love this stuff! I add it to my carpet cleaner and my carpet smells amazing! I make an air freshener spray out of it and also mop with it! It works great as a trash can deodorizer too! I sometimes soak a few cotton balls with it and throw it in the bottom of the garbage can before I put the bag in. This stuff gets rid of any odor fast!

I bought this after researching what professional house flippers use when they remodel homes. We had renters that totally trashed our property, and the smell was horrid. We needed to rehab the home for ourselves to live in. I sat outside and cried the first time we walked thru, because it was in such bad shape and smelled so terrible. We did have to tear out carpet, some drywall and sand floors. But we sprayed Nilium on the walls that stayed, on the sanded floors, into the air vents...... it worked amazingly! And now I add it to my laundry and use it like Fabreze because I just love the scent. This stuff really works!
