No instruction manual or working drawings
Layperson like me cant make this as there is no manual or instruction. youtube has another model only. i hope the seller gives the manual how to assemble it.

One of the roller was missing and it was a damage product

The strings attached to hanger is extremely of poor quality and it’s coming off and breaking .
For hanging clothes obviously but pathetic strings attached which are breaking

Very Poor quality. received defected products. Parts were missing. Odered 6 ft pipes received 4 ft. Dont buy this product.

Rusted rods, poor amazon service
Horrible product. They gave rusted rods and end caps were small snd could not fit. Amazon did not gove me a refund and I was stuck with this product and had to pay twice for installation
