Great watch for the money
Most accurate watch I have. Beautifully crafted watch. The band is very nice. The only negative is the date is kind of small. Otherwise a great watch. Can read it at night as it illuminates nicely.

Balanced, beautiful, and a little more refined than the other pro master divers
About five years ago, I purchased the navy blue face, blue band pro master divers watch here, on Amazon. I’ve never been more pleased with a watch. Never needed, adjusting, except the date, occasionally, and, tough as nails. It has been superb Soon, I began to think of giving it a rest, and rotating something new in. There was a beautiful, green one identical to it, but, I wanted something a little dressier. This watch fits the bill perfectly. The design is slightly different, maybe a little more refined. The watch hands are slim, and tasteful. The stainless band, gives it a weight that is substantial, and feels good on your wrist once it is warm. The rotating bezel, and the face or what I would call an almost perfect match. There is a tiny bit of blue in this green. It’s not emerald, or Kelly Green. It’s definitely beautiful. I think it helps the watch go with blue jeans, and lots of other things. I’m very proud to wear it, I look forward to the long, service-free life owners of eco-drive watches enjoy. (FYI, the battery in these watches is designed to last for 25 years, charges in a few minutes, then runs for six months. I have a theory, that every watch would last a whole lot longer, if the batteries did not have to be changed. I think the gasket gets damaged, after being sealed up from the factory, and changing the battery ends up being the death of the watch. – Not a problem with Eco drive! Bye with confidence. It’s a beauty.

Very Pretty Watch
What a pretty watch. The stainless steel is beautiful. I’ve had this watch for a few months now and I want nothing more than to go buy more watches from citizen. The watch is very accurate, when you go to change the date every two months the time will only be about 15 seconds off, which is very good from my perspective. Will be ordering from Citizen again in the near future.

Feather light and always ready to go
I bought this watch because I was interested in a solar powered quartz movement. I was really interested in something that could remain idle idle for long periods of times, and be picked up at a moments notice without needing to wind it up or worry about a dead battery. Citizen does a great job of hiding the solar cell under the dial. Even in direct sunlight it is not visible. The indices are large and legible with a hefty amount of lume applied. The lume is always legible at night, even if the watch is just left in a room with little light throughout the day. The titanium construction makes it feather light, and makes it a joy to wear. The supplied bracelet is of good quality. It has solid end links, a stamped upper clasp but a milled lower portion. The bracelet can be a bit of a hassle to size with the pin and collar especially if you have poor eye sight or coordination, but with some patience it can be done. Although the watch is 44mm in diameter, it wears nicely on my 7” wrist. The male end links do make it appear larger though. Alignment on my model is spot on. The second hits all the marks. The E168 movement is rated to +- 15 seconds a month, but my model is well within that range. Since purchasing this, I have been on 3 dives, with the deepest going to around 60 feet (just over 18 meters) and has performed well as expected. I am very satisfied with this watch. I think it is a solid offering from citizen. Well built and reliable.

Excellent Promaster, Just Too Light for My Preference
This is a very well-made Citizen Promaster Sea watch. The fit and finish are excellent, and the size is perfect for my 7-inch wrist—it wears comfortably and feels well proportioned. The one-way rotating bezel operates smoothly, and overall the watch feels thoughtfully designed. I also really appreciate the Eco-Drive movement. Never needing a battery is a huge plus and makes this an easy, low-maintenance daily watch. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the light weight of the titanium construction. While I understand titanium is lighter, stronger, and more scratch resistant, I personally prefer a watch with more heft. When I wear a watch, I like to feel its presence on my wrist, and this one was simply too light for my taste. That said, if you want a Citizen Promaster with excellent build quality, perfect sizing, and very light weight, this is a great choice.

Citizen does not stand by its warranty
I bought this watch about 2 1/2 years ago. It was trouble-free until I noticed that the crystal “fogged” in high-humidity environments. This is not an optimal characteristic for a dive watch. Not to worry, however: the watch was covered by a 6-year warranty. So, I returned the watch to Citizen (at my expense) for evaluation and repair. I received no acknowledgment from Citizen that it had been received. Instead, I had to get on it website, and have an online “chat” with a representative who confirmed receipt and provided me with a repair number. Thereafter, I dutifully checked the website (using the repair number) almost daily for an update on my watch. For several days, the website advised that my watch was under evaluation. Eventually, the status page advised that an evaluation had been emailed to me with a cost-of-repair price. I checked my email and spam filter and found no email. And “cost” of repair? The watch was under warranty. So, I had another online chat with another customer service rep, who advised me that the watch had “moisture” in it. Right: that’s why I sent it to you. It’s a “dive” watch: it’s designed to withstand moisture. And, as an added bonus, I never subjected the watch to moisture (with the exception of one shower). I never wore it in the ocean or in a pool. I was told that the warranty only covered the movement and not water damage. (Consider that: the warranty does not cover the failure of a DIVE watch to withstand exposure to MOISTURE.) So, the cost of repair was my responsibility. I advised customer service that this was unacceptable, but all he offered was a reduction in the cost of repair (roughly 30% of what I paid for the watch to begin with, not including the $40 to ship it to Citizen in the first place). I asked the watch to be returned unrepaired. I’ll never buy a Citizen product again.
