Review: Bright, quick charge, bought multiple times - My friend and I love having these around. As a Public Safety SCUBA diver, I keep a few of these with my dive gear for night operations and not have to worry about dropping a flashlight in the water, etc. I keep them around the house too as power outage lanterns. Will continue to buy more, they're worth the price.
Review: Great Ultralight Backpacking Lantern - This lantern is the smallest lantern I have owned. It is lightweight and packs a bright light that illuminated the whole tent. The solar panel is a high quality and allows for charging even in low light conditions. There were a lot of thunderstorms while we were out backpacking and the light still maintained a charge the whole 4-day trip with hours of use. Before we left we fully charged the lantern with the included charging cable and we probably could have made it the whole trip without ever using the included solar panel. The light offers different levels of brightness, so you don’t blind yourself in the tent, because this thing gets bright! Most of these backpacking lanterns don’t offer a way to check the power level on the unit, but this lantern has a battery indicator. I would love to have something they could do to improve this product, but there is nothing. It is lightweight, bright, long battery, and charges by solar power or USB cable. I highly recommend this lantern for any ultralight backpacker.

**Q: Once fully charged and placed into dark LT storage will the charge keep?**

GET ONE OR TWO!!! The battery lasts forever and it can recharge with solar power. I bought this for a backpacking trip and I absolutely loved it. I had it charged but I hooked it to the outside of my bag for the hike and it stayed charged all 4 days. It was great to have on the table to play cards or read in the evenings. These would also be great to have in case of emergency. Have them in the household. Easy to inflate and deflate. Can hang from your bag or the tent. Seems to be very durable and my favorite part - lightweight and space saving!
