I was sooo close to going to my doctor for a painful and oozing (gross, I know) ingrown toenail. My big toe was throbbing, and the pain made me limp. I had an appt set up. I was going to use this to hold me over for a few days until my appt arrived. This stuff is very easy to use. Clean your toe with soap and water, dry, apply 1-2 drops of this stuff, let sit for a few minutes, and cover the toe with the bandages they provide for you. Do this twice daily. The bandages they provide are easy to clean with soap and water. I just rub it between my hands with the soap and water, and then dry with a towel. Works perfectly to keep it clean. After 3 days of use my toe felt better. I ended up canceling my doctor appt because the pain was nearly gone. By day 4 the swelling and redness were down significantly. If I pressed hard enough there was discomfort, but nothing like before. By day 5 there is no swelling or redness at all! No pain at all either with pressure. It's as if I never had an ingrown nail. Overall, highly recommended! I went from a painful, swelled up, red, oozing toe ... to back to normal within a week. It's worth it. Just get it.

I have been fighting with an ingrown toenail on my big toe for the past 12-15 years. I try to stay on top of it with regular trimmings, but every once in a while it does get super painful. I bought this in the hopes that it could provide relief and hopefully prevent my ingrown nail from progressing further. Overall I am super happy with the product. It really does soften the hard callused skin around my nail, which in turn provides relief. The dropper applicator makes it easy to apply. I don't notice any harsh chemical smell when applying, and it dries relatively quickly. I would say the only downside about this purchase was the toe protectors. I tried using the toe protectors, however, even with the larger size it was way too tight, and felt like it was cutting off the circulation to my toe.

I’ve only had this a week, so maybe I’ll see some improvement as time goes on. But from the reviews I read, I was kind of expecting immediate results. So far I haven’t seen any. At all. I’ll update this if it changes. But my nails still hurt. The skin around them has dried up and sloughed off. But other than that, I’m not sure how this helps ingrown toenails? I’ll update this if anything changes. It does smell like medicine. I do like the little things it comes with to cover your toes and help keep the treatment on them. But there’s not enough to use with the whole bottle.

This worked better than others I have tried. Just a drop or two was all that was needed. Softened the nail in just a few days so I could lift and cut the ingrown nail. Recommend.

I bought this for an ingrown toenail that was painful and starting to get inflamed. After using the drops for a couple of days, the soreness went down a LOT and the area felt calmer. I have been in a lot of discomfort with an ingrown big toenail following wearing steel toe safety boots. Having suffered and unsuccessfully tried to resolve the issue, I found this product, read the reviews and felt it was worth a go.
