I love the extended handle - makes it simple to score multiple loaves quickly!
This is an excellent bread scoring lame. I have used a previous one for several years and thought I'd add a new one, very nice, comes in a case, so that when I throw it in a drawer, it's protected - the blades are surprisingly sharp - works great for my sourdough bread business!
