I was so excited to get these pans and I paid over $700 for them and everything sticks. The magic erasers they tell you to use don't even do the trick, you have to scrub and scrub and scrub. They didn't even last a year. I've been fighting with these pants for months trying to decide if I want to get rid of them and spend the money on something else. Worst investment I ever made. The lining has chipped off in places And there's been lines in others but you can see the shininess has also gone. I have nothing but silicone rubber utensils that I bought and I won't allow anything else in my kitchen. I bought pan shelving so none of them are ever put inside one another. They all have their own shelf to go on. It's simply cheaply made, unfortunately never as good as the cheapest Teflon pans I ever bought. Tried to do the better option to be safer with no Teflon and very unhappy with this product, especially what they charged me.
