Love this avocado oil. No odor, no taste and high smoke point. A perfect oil for pan frying and use with my cast iron skillet. I love that I can used it on anything and it doesn't change the flavor of the food like olive oil sometimes does. I used to get this at Costco, but they don't always carry it, so I was glad to find it here. A little expensive, but I can't get it anywhere else when Costco doesn't carry it.

According to the study, 82% of avocado oil is either rancid or mixed with other oils. Don't let this happen to you. Plus, this oil has a subtle delicious taste that can handle the highest cooking temperatures.

Chosen foods makes a safe and high quality avocado oil. I use it for homemade chips in the oven, sauteing or frying meats and vegetables on high heat since it has a very high smoke point, up to 500 degrees, so you don't run the risk of creating a trans-fat when heating the oil up like you would with other oils, and many other uses. On top of it being safe it is also a very tasty oil.... can use for cold dishes like salads and stuff as well! Delivery was quick and easy like usual.

Avocado Oil is the best, and this is a great, delicious, lower-cost option. Our initial shipment of it was damaged during shipping so we did not receive it, but Chosen Foods were great about quickly sending us another shipment, which tons of protection to avoid breakage. Would love to be able to subscribe to this as we make our own mayo using it, and it's the best high-temperature cooking oil.

I loved the texture and the taste. I will add this to all of the dishes I cook.

This is a quality brand. The oil does not smell rancid, it smells fresh. The bottle is made of glass and it is dark to keep the oil more fresh. We don't store in the fridge either. It has a pretty good shelf life. Yes, it is pricier than other oils but it has many health benefits. Here are some of the benefit.; Vitamin K: 26% of the RDA. Folate: 20% of the RDA. Vitamin C: 17% of the RDA. Potassium: 14% of the RDA. Vitamin B5: 14% of the RDA. Vitamin B6: 13% of the RDA. Vitamin E: 10% of the RDA. Then it contains small amounts of Magnesium, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Zinc, Phosphorous, Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin) and B3 (Niacin).

I was looking for a cooking oil that is healthy and most importantly, have a high smoking point. This Avocado oil fits that perfectly. The oil has one of the highest smoking point, which means that food you cook it in will not only cook faster, but it will be healthy. zthis mean that there is less to worry about consuming trans fat or cancerous compounds that result from cooking food past their smoking point. The high smoking point also means that my food cooks better -- far crispier and the food tastes better. My smoke alarm also does not go off now from smoke caused whenever I use another oil that has a lower smoking point. Avocado oil is not the cheapest, but this will last you quite long if most of your cooking is pan-frying like me. You get what you pay for... this stuff is great.

Brilliant, as described, not fake, 100% organic avocado oil, not mixed with other oils. Very versatile to use, taste and smells very neutral. Very healthy. I use this to cook steaks and lamb chops
