Really good product. One that actually works effortlessly. My knives were very blunt but this item did the job!

I wanted a simple and easy to use knife sharpener. I decided to give this one a try. I have a 17" chef's knife and it is difficult to sharpen. I unpacked the orange ninja and followed the instructions. The first time I did the 3 steps as described I was not so impressed. Remembering that I have not sharpened it or used it for several years, I decided to give it another go. I pulled it through the 1st step 10 times, then 6 times through the 2nd step, and finally 4 times through the 3rd step. I wiped the knife clean and did the paper test. I am very impressed with the sharpness of the blade and ease of the sharpener. I do not cook professionally anymore so daily upkeep is not an issue. This is a sharpener for good knives that get used occasionally in my house. Customer service is amazing! The angel is 20°/side, perfect for kitchen knives.

Difficult to sharpen a pair of scissors with serrated edges. Otherwise for regular knives it works great.

This is a great knife sharpener. I have used it already and it does a fine job. The attached instructions walk you through all the stages and it is clearly written. I should have purchased something like this years ago. It seems quite sturdy, should last for years.
