Tastes isnt pleasant
Good kind but tastes bad. Its not supposed to be good tasting.

I love this black seed oil with Cumin. It help to sooth aching muscles and reduce inflammation. Great for internal digestion as well. All you need is just a little sip. It is very strong, I would suggest to have water handy.
