My partner loves these. He’s hardcore in to CrossFit, lifting and general physical fitness. He purchased everything from the rogue site but had been eyeballing these for some time. He’s been using them for a bit now and recommends them. He is also a personal trainer which is why I bought 2 sets. They are holding up with multiple and frequent use.

The bands themselves are great. It would have been nice if a chart was included showing proper movements of the exercise and labels showing which color band had what resistance strength

The bands are great but need better ankle straps and for sure an instruction book is needed. I didn't get one at all.

I loved this product for a few days. However, the item description states you can stack the cords for added resistance. I used the provided strap and loop to attach 3 cords to a poll to do Back Rows and on the 3rd rep, the loop tore loose from the velcrow strap and hit me in the sternum so hard it took me to my knees. Had it hit 6 inches higher, it surely would havw knocked my teeth out. This is due to poor craftsmanship and false advertisement. Dont stack the rubbers on the supplied straps. I believe a refund is appropriate.

It arrived quickly and with all of the pieces included. I've had this set for about 2 months, using it several times a week. Depending on the exercise they sometimes get a serious stretching, no issues and they still look and act brand new.

I use this things every day, it works perfect

I mean, literally smelled like dead fish when I opened the package. But otherwise functions as expected once it's aired out the smell goes away.
