They should. I don’t hear a thing when I wear them for sleeping.

Do the ear plugs slip out easily if you're exercising or tilting your head?

No, they stay in place. I wear them when I sleep and I’ve never had them fall out.

Are these plugs nrr rated? if not, how did you arrive at the 40db rating?
