I was a long-time Windows/Android user, then after a while a Mac/iPhone user. Granted, I was using a very old iPhone 8 Plus, but the switch to this Pixel phone has been seamless. *** This is the next step down from the new Pixel 7 Plus - Comparing the Pixel 6 Plus, the 6a, and the Pixel 7, this phone's stats makes it evident that it is the better phone in nearly every aspect to the 6a & 7. (and you can get it right here on Amazon for more than 1/2 of the price! Mine is a refurbished phone, but I wouldn't[ have been able to tell! It came in pristine condition. I love it. I highly recommend it I will probably like it even more once I figure out all of the other functions!!! Edit: The photo quality on this phone is pretty superb. If you are looking for a reasonably priced phone with a decent camera, this is a great place to start. Also, Pixel Watch kicks ass as a combo with this phone! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love the phone, which I bought as HUGE upgrade from what I was using. Does what I expect it to (great camera, common sense setup, sound is good) but my demands are low compared to general population (no gaming etc). What I absolutely don't like is the glitch-like flash of background apps closing, interrupting what I currently am doing. Upsetting until I finally read that it is a known issue, and not someone else in my refurbished phone. Truly don't like the flash still. Also, would not cooperate with my Fitbit and had to do a lot of problem solving there (and Google owns Fitbit!). Fingerprint works almost all the time, even through plastic cover on glass. I don't use face recognition. Battery should last longer, on photo trip/ vacations have to always have battery backup avail b/c won't last through afternoon, forget about evening. Hopefully this phone will last, though, the way I expect my phone to (twice as long as normal!)

I was worried about buying renewed because I rarely do and honestly have had horrible luck with brand new electronics. But so far this has been a fantastic buy. It runs smooth and switches between screens and apps very fast, charges fast, has beautiful vibrant colors and very bright screen if I need. I haven't had any technical issues at all. For the most part the phone is spotless, except the charge port inside has noticeable wear but it does not affect anything at all. I will say to buy a usb-c to usb-c fast charger for this phone because the one sent in box is not and it's very slow charging which might seem like it has a bad battery, but it is just important to use the right charger. But it says it in item description that it's not original charger, so I was not concerned with that and already planned to get another if I had to. The second issue I had was that when opening the box and inspecting it, I saw a small spot on the screen in the bottom corner. It's very faint and can only see it if actually tilting the phone looking for it. I tried to clean it but it seems to be inside the screen so I was worried about that, but once I charged it and turned it on, that spot is completely unnoticeable and does not show through when using the phone. I actually completely forgot about it till I wrote this review because I don't notice it anymore. The phone gets a bit warm when playing a game or something of that sort, but I have been told and researched that it's normal for pixel phones. That hasn't caused any issues or slowing of the phone. For a renewed phone and being on a budget, this has been completely worth it and I'm very happy with the purchase. If anything changes I will update.

Worked perfectly for about 3 days, then when I was driving home and listening to music on it the screen suddenly went black and it died. It appeared to be completely bricked, no charging or anything, I tried to find a solution online but nothing worked, it was just dead. I finally gave up and transferred my phone number back to my old phone. Then when I went to box this one up to return it I noticed it was extremely warm. I hit the power button and it came on! I have no idea what that means but there's something very wrong.

The phone itself is beautiful. It is a nice weight to hold and got a lot of attention from coworkers. If you know how to use the Google Pixel platform, this is a great choice. I researched the 6pro versus all of the rest of the pixels, and accept for the newest eight plus, this is actually the better one in my opinion. I have been a galaxy owner for 10 years plus, and it was too difficult for me to switch to the pixel platform, so I am going back to a galaxy. Phones are a very personal choice. The 6pro has a lot of great features though, and this particular seller is now highly recommended by me if you are looking for a refurbished cell phone to replace one, get a second, or just save money. Excellent product, excellent communication, and very customer service friendly.

Second time ordering from this company. Had my phone for a good 3/4 of a year. Phones work great. This time I ordered a phone for my wife and ordered the Sorta Sunny. Well, it was just the black one. I'm not gonna return it and go through all that fuss, but if a color cost extra, don't bother on it. It was also out of their control but it was late on shipping so that sucked since it was supposed to arrive on her birthday. (Updated/// touch screen has an issue with selecting something while scrolling. My phone didn’t have that issue, but this one def does.)

Just like the description says, the phone looks and performs like new. I thought there was a problem with it, and contacted the seller to try to resolve it. Turns out the issue was my SIM card, but the seller replied quickly and was very helpful. Overall, I would buy from them again and recommend them to other people.
