It’s legit
I had got my 3ds from Japan but the charger didn’t work in India coz of difference in voltage. Got this as replacement and it works perfectly

Good replacement
It's different then the stock charger that will come with a 3ds however it works fine. The prongs on the charging block wiggle a little bit but it does not affect the charging quality.
